About Paolo
Born Brescia, Italy in 1985 to a family of craftsmen Paolo went on to study Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan where he ultimately gained a Masters in Architecture.
After practicing as a Licensed Architect in Italy for several years, Paolo moved to Japan in 2016 & ultimately spent four years working for Kengo Kuma, Tokyo following two years with Nikken Sekkei, Tokyo prior to moving to Niseko.

Yoshinari Ehara was born into a family of Japanese artisans, he moved to Italy after high school to study architecture at the University of Florence. After earning a master's degree in architecture and obtaining his Italian architect license, he practiced the profession for 15 years, working both in major urban centers and in the Tuscan countryside.
